I attended the GAFE summit this summer with two of our English teachers: Sasha Oster and Sue Cleek. Our minds were opened to all that is possible with technology, creativity and education. We are looking forward to sharing innovation and 21st century thinking this coming year.

Laura Hendrickson, Principal

I have been with Santa Rosa City Schools since 1998. I was an English, Drama and Reading Teacher at Santa Rosa Middle School. I then worked at the District Office as a Literacy Coach and Professional Development Director and Coordinator. My first site administration experience was at Santa Rosa High School as Assistant Principal. I came to Comstock in 2011 as Principal.

I am originally from New York City. I have lived in Sonoma County since 1981 with my husband and multiple feline companions. My interests are singing, reading,writing, yoga and outdoor sports such as bicycling and swimming. I also love to cook and to garden. I have recently taken up watercolor painting.
